Is a deposit required?
Yes, all bookings require a deposit to confirm and reserve your car.
A refundable safety deposit will also be collected during car handover.
This amount will be refunded within 7 days after the car is returned, once the vehicle condition and traffic summons record are verified.
How do I pay the balance or deposit?

What documents do I need?
You’ll need to show:

Valid driving licence
Foreigners can use their home country licence if it’s in English, or present an international driving permit.
Are the cars insured?
Yes. Every car has valid insurance — road tax cannot be issued without it.
However, any damage caused by negligence (e.g. dents, scratches, collisions) is not covered and must be paid by the renter.
If the vehicle is held at a workshop for repairs, rental charges continue for the number of days it’s in the shop.
Customers may deal directly with the workshop for repairs and settlement.
Can you deliver to my hotel or the airport?
Yes. We provide delivery to Langkawi Airport, Kuah Jetty, Cenang, and Pantai Tengah.
Just share your location — our team will deliver the car and assist with handover.
What is the fuel policy?
Return the car with the same fuel level as received.
If the level is lower, the difference will be charged based on local pump rates.
What if the car breaks down?
