Cancellation and No Show Policy
- Fifty Percent (50%) Refund:
- Cancellation with valid Medical Certificate six (6) hours prior to cruise departure.
- Cancellation with written notice to us one (1) day prior to cruise departure date.
- No Refund:
- For “NO SHOW” of passenger/s or below six (6) hours cancellation prior to cruise departure.
- Late For Boarding:
- If you are late for departure, we will accommodate a speedboat transfer with an extra surcharge of RM 280.00 (up to 8 pax) to the yacht in cruise. However, this arrangement will only be available for an hour maximum lateness from cruise departure time.
- Bad Weather:
- Due to the Island’s geographical and wind conditions, it will be incorrect to assume bad weather at cruise site although weather is extreme at the hotel you reside in. We have experienced Captains to perform the cruise to safe areas as most of the times these extreme showers are passing showers. Please always check with us. The conditions will remain as such for respective refunds and no refunds.
- Risk In Sea:
- As your safety is of the utmost of importance to us, the sea has its negative criteria like jellyfish or stingrays although very rare. Please be reminded that we will assist you if you get stung by a jellyfish or any other incident occurred during the cruise however we will not be held responsible for any incident or accidents in the water as PASSENGERS ARE AT THEIR OWN WILL AND RISK when entering the water.
- Food Special Request:
- We cannot accommodate these “Special Conditions” if NOT informed in advance. NO accommodation of food “Special Conditions” will be entertained on cruise day.

What To Expect During Langkawi Day Cruise
The Langkawi day cruise leaves from the Avante counter at Resort World Langkawi jetty. Boarding starts at 10.30am, the boat sails at 11.00am and you are back on the jetty by 2.00pm. Your afternoon stays free for the beach or a rest at the hotel.
On the water
The boat heads out across the Andaman Sea toward the islands around Langkawi. Once it anchors, the crew lowers the sea jacuzzi net. You lie in the net while the sea flows through it. Kids love it. Most adults do too.
Banana boat and eagle watching
A banana boat ride is part of the package. Hold on tight, the speedboat pulls you across the waves and you will get wet. Later, the crew points out the eagles that hunt near the islands. Keep your camera ready.
Lunch and drinks
Lunch is a bento box served on board. Juices, soft drinks, mocktails and beer are free flow for the whole trip. Want more? The premium open bar costs RM60 per person. The menu may change with the season.
