Excellent service! Smooth process from booking through WhatsApp to handing over of vehicle at the airport. I communicated with Izah, if I am not mistaken (sorry if I got your name wrong) and queries were answered promptly and clearly. Communication was easy and pleasant. At the airport, we were welcomed by Aishah and Khairul for the handing over of vehicle. They were super friendly and even gave us a list of things to do, places to visit, good places to eat and night Market (Pasar Malam) to go. We rented the van because we brought our bicycles to Langkawi. The vehicle was in a very good condition. It was a manual transmission vehicle but everything was good. Respect the vehicle as if it was your own. Take good care of the vehicle & it will take good care of you in return 2. Best not to park the vehicle below trees to avoid damage from falling branches or tree sap 3. Do not drive the vehicle to places that you won't with your own vehicle (ie. Onto the beach, up a curb, speed excessively, drive under the influence etc) 4. Park the vehicle properly to avoid door dings & tyre side wall scrapes 5. Be considerate and do not smoke in the vehicle. The island is beautiful. Stop your vehicle safely, satisfy your cigarette cravings while soaking in the beauty and then continue your journey 6. Return the vehicle on the last day with similar level (or more if you feel generous) of petrol in the tank as when you collected it. A little extra goes a long way 7. Observe the island's speed limit & driving regulations to avoid being billed for traffic summons (Generally 80km/h and below) 8. Bring your own phone holder especially when you are unsure and are navigating Langkawi for the first time, so you can get around with certainty using Waze or Google Maps 9. Avoid Pantai Cenang on Saturdays unless you do not mind being stuck in a traffic crawl 10. Take the necessary photos and videos on collecting the vehicle, to document any dings, scratches, scrapes, bumps & damages already present, including all 4 wheels, windscreens & windows 11. Download the Flexi Parking app & load up with some credits before making your way to the island, as this app is usable for all council parking on the island 12.
