Insurance covers major accidents only.
Minor damage like scratches, dents, cracked lights, and any negligence-related damage are borne by the renter.
In case of an accident, you only pay the insurance excess cap stated in the agreement.
Fuel & Usage Policy
Cars must be returned with the same fuel level as when received.
Vehicles are strictly for use within Langkawi Island.
Driving beyond Langkawi or taking the vehicle onto ferries is not permitted.
Late Return
If the vehicle is returned later than the scheduled time, hourly rates will apply.
Late return is not calculated by dividing daily rental into 24 hours.
If the delay exceeds 6 hours, one full-day rental will be charged.
Repair & Workshop Handling
If the car is damaged, you may deal directly with the workshop handling the repair.
All charges, including parts and labour, must be settled by the renter before collection.
If the car is held in the workshop, the number of days it’s unavailable will also be charged based on the daily rate.
Cancellation Policy
If a confirmed booking is cancelled, the deposit will be forfeited.
However, bookings can be postponed to another date if informed at least 24 hours before pickup, subject to availability.
In case of flight cancellation or weather issues, rescheduling is allowed without penalty.
