Can I change my tour date after booking?
Yes, free up to 48 hours before your start time, subject to car and driver availability. Message us on WhatsApp with your new date.
Can I change the itinerary during my tour?
Yes. Within your booked hours (for example 8 hours), you can change plans anytime: swap the cable car for a mangrove tour, add a jet ski ride, go up Gunung Raya, eat at a floating restaurant in Kuah, visit Eagle Square or go shopping. Just tell your driver. Our driver will also suggest the best nearby stops at the time.
Is hotel pickup included?
Yes, free for hotels in Cenang, Pantai Tengah, and Kuah.
Transfers from Datai, Tanjung Rhu, or airport area can be arranged with a small fee.
What is your cancellation policy?
More than 48 hours before: full deposit refund. Less than 48 hours before, or no-show: deposit not refunded. Change date or time: free, up to 48 hours before. If we cancel for weather or safety reasons, you get a full refund or a new date.

How do I confirm my booking?

We’re fair with all bookings, but once your private car and driver are assigned, that slot is locked exclusively for your group. Please inform us early if you need to make changes.
Responsibilities & Conditions
- Guests must arrive on time at the agreed pickup location.
- Tour timing may vary based on weather, traffic, or attraction queue.
- LangkawiGo is not responsible for delays or missed activities due to guest lateness.
- Safety instructions from driver or guide must be followed during the tour.
- We are not liable for personal items lost or left behind in the vehicle.
Force Majeure & Refund Process
In the event of natural disasters, government restrictions, or unforeseen events beyond our control, tours may be rescheduled or refunded accordingly.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the same payment method within 14 working days.
