Booking & Payment
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking.
Once deposit is received, your vehicle and driver are reserved exclusively for your group.
The remaining 50% balance is payable upon arrival — by cash, card, local bank transfer, or eWallet (no surcharge).
Payment link will be sent securely via WhatsApp after confirmation.
All rates are in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) and inclusive of 6% SST where applicable.
Reschedule & Cancellation Policy
We understand plans may change. Below are our cancellation and reschedule terms:

Force Majeure & Refund Process
In the event of natural disasters, government restrictions, or unforeseen events beyond our control, tours may be rescheduled or refunded accordingly.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the same payment method within 14 working days.

Do I need to pay a deposit to book?
Yes. A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking.
Once payment is made, your vehicle and driver will be reserved under your name.
You’ll receive a booking confirmation via WhatsApp right after payment.
The remaining 50% can be settled upon arrival on the tour day. We accept cash, credit/debit card, local bank transfer, or eWallet — no surcharge.
Can I change my tour date after booking?
Yes, date changes are allowed at least 7 days before your tour date, subject to vehicle and driver availability.
If you request to reschedule less than 7 days before, the booking will follow the cancellation policy.
To avoid any charge, just inform us early via WhatsApp.
Is hotel pickup included?
Yes, free for hotels in Cenang, Pantai Tengah, and Kuah.
Transfers from Datai, Tanjung Rhu, or airport area can be arranged with a small fee.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that travel plans may change. Below are our standard cancellation terms for all Langkawi Land Tour bookings:
More than 14 days before tour date: Free cancellation
7–13 days before tour date: 50% of total amount will be charged.
Less than 7 days or no-show on tour day: Full charge applies (no refund).
Once the driver and vehicle have been assigned, the booking is considered confirmed and cannot be refunded outside of these terms.
What vehicle types are available and how many passengers do they fit?
Sedan: up to 3 pax
MPV: up to 5 pax
Van: up to 10–12 pax
We’ll recommend the best vehicle once we know your group size.
Can I customise my tour itinerary?
Yes. Within your booked hours (for example 8 hours), you can change plans anytime: swap the cable car for a mangrove tour, add a jet ski ride, go up Gunung Raya, eat at a floating restaurant in Kuah, visit Eagle Square or go shopping. Just tell your driver. Our driver will also suggest the best nearby stops at the time.
How do I confirm my booking?
Once you’ve shared your details, we’ll send a secure payment link.
Pay a small deposit to confirm, and the remaining balance can be settled upon arrival (cash, card, local bank transfer, or eWallet).
Can I pay by card or eWallet?
Yes. You can pay by Visa/Mastercard, local bank transfer, or eWallet with no surcharge.
What time does the tour start?
You can start any time between 9 AM and 1 PM for private tours.
We recommend morning starts for full-day routes.
Is a tourist guide included?
A driver is included.
A licensed tourist guide is optional (RM200) and available on request — ideal for nature or heritage-focused tours.

If you’d rather explore at your own pace, we also offer Langkawi car rental and luxury private car hire options.
