Yes, free pick-up and drop-off for hotels in Pantai Cenang and Pantai Tengah areas.

Can you arrange transfers for hotels outside Cenang or Tengah?

Yes, we can arrange transfers with an additional charge. The rate depends on your hotel location and group size.

How can I book the Jet Ski Tour?

Simply contact us on WhatsApp to book your slot. Just pay a small deposit of RM50 per Jet Ski, and the balance can be paid at the counter on the tour day.

Can two people share one Jet Ski?

Yes! Maximum combined weight is 200kg per Jet Ski.

What should I wear for the activity?

You can wear swimwear or comfortable beach clothing. Bring a towel and a change of clothes for after the ride.

Is it safe for beginners?

Yes, it’s 100% safe. Before starting, our guide will provide a safety briefing and Jet Ski handling instructions. The tour moves in a guided formation with professional instructors throughout.

Food is not included, but you can buy meals during the stop at Pregnant Maiden Lake (Dayang Bunting Island).

How many Jet Skis are there per group?

Each group has up to 10 Jet Skis accompanied by 2 professional tour guides.

Weather & Safety Policy

Weather conditions may differ between your hotel and the cruise area. Rain in one part of Langkawi does not always mean the cruise must be cancelled.

Our captain will assess the sea and weather conditions before departure.

The cruise may continue during light or passing rain.
The captain may change the route or move to a safer area.
Guests should check with our team before making any cancellation.
Normal cancellation terms apply if guests cancel without confirmation from our team.
If the cruise is cancelled by the operator due to unsafe conditions, guests may reschedule or request a full refund.

The captain’s decision regarding route changes, postponement or cancellation will be final.

What to expect

Your Private Yacht Charter Langkawi experience begins before you even step onboard. From the private pier entrance until your return to Telaga Harbour Park, our team and the Dayang Mastura crew will assist your group throughout the cruise.

A Personal Welcome at Telaga Harbour Park

When you arrive at Telaga Harbour Park, one of our team members or a member of the Dayang Mastura crew will meet your group at the entrance gate leading into the private pier.

Access to this area is restricted to authorised cardholders. Our representative will assist your group through the gate and escort everyone along the pier towards Dayang Mastura.

This means you will not need to search for the yacht or enter the marina alone. Our team will be expecting your arrival and will guide you directly to the boarding point.

Welcome Drink and Boarding

As you arrive at Dayang Mastura, the crew will welcome your group onboard and serve a welcome drink.

You may then settle into the yacht, place your belongings in the designated area and take a few moments to look around. Since this is a private charter, the yacht and its onboard spaces are reserved exclusively for your group.

Before departure, the crew will conduct a short briefing covering onboard safety, available facilities and the planned cruise route.

Once everyone is ready, Dayang Mastura will leave Telaga Harbour Park and begin cruising towards the eagle-feeding area near Pulau Singa Besar.

Cruising Towards Pulau Singa Besar

The cruise from Telaga Harbour Marina to Pulau Singa Besar takes approximately 30 to 60 minutes, depending on sea and weather conditions.

This part of the cruise gives guests time to relax and enjoy the surrounding island views. You may sit inside the air-conditioned cabin, spend time on the open deck or relax on the front loungers while Dayang Mastura moves through the waters around Langkawi.

As the yacht approaches Pulau Singa Besar, the captain will slow down near the eagle-feeding area. Guests can watch the eagles flying above the island and approaching the water for food.

The crew will allow time for guests to take photographs and videos while maintaining a suitable distance from the birds.

One-Hour Swimming Stop

After the eagle-feeding experience, Dayang Mastura will continue towards Pulau Intan Kecil or another suitable swimming area selected by the captain.

The yacht will anchor here for approximately one hour.

Guests may enter the water for swimming or remain onboard to relax. Towels will be provided for use after the swimming activity.

The swimming location may change depending on the tide, waves and sea conditions. The captain will select an area considered safe and suitable on the day of the cruise.

Cabins and Onboard Facilities

Dayang Mastura has three guest cabins and toilet facilities available during the cruise.

Guests may use the cabins to change clothes, rest or prepare after swimming. Muslim guests may also use an available cabin to perform their prayers.

The onboard toilet and washing facilities are available for guests who need to clean up or freshen up before continuing the cruise.

Please keep personal belongings inside the designated areas and follow any instructions provided by the crew.

Picnic Basket or Onboard Dining

Guests who select the standard package will receive a picnic basket containing fresh fruits and selected beverages.

The fruits will be served during the cruise and replenished when required, subject to the available supply onboard. You may enjoy the picnic basket while relaxing on deck, during the swimming stop or as the yacht continues cruising.

For guests who add the onboard dinner option, the meal will be prepared and served during the cruise. Your group can dine together while enjoying the sea and island views from Dayang Mastura.

Special dietary requests must be submitted in advance. Requests made on the cruise day may not be accommodated.

Day Cruise or Sunset Return

For the Day Cruise, Dayang Mastura will return to Telaga Harbour Park during daylight, giving guests more time to enjoy the island views and take photographs along the way.

For the Sunset Cruise, the return trip is timed around the evening light. As the sun begins to set, the captain may slow down or stop briefly at a suitable location so guests can take photographs and videos.

You may enjoy the sunset from the open deck while having fruits, beverages or dinner, depending on your selected package.

Sunset visibility depends on the weather and cloud conditions on the cruise day.

Returning to Telaga Harbour Park

At the end of the cruise, Dayang Mastura will return to Telaga Harbour Marina.

The crew will assist each guest while leaving the yacht and stepping back onto the pier. One of our representatives or crew members will then escort your group from the marina to the private exit gate.

Since the gate is restricted to authorised cardholders, our team will remain with your group until everyone has safely exited the pier area.

From your arrival at Telaga Harbour Park until the final marina escort, our team will be available to assist and guide your group throughout the Dayang Mastura cruise.
