Banana Boat Langkawi: Before You Ride
What happens on the ride?
The boat loops around Pantai Cenang and drops you into the water once. You float in your life jacket for about 5 minutes while the boat turns back to pick you up.
Who can join?
Up to 8 riders per boat. Children aged 12 to 17 ride with a parent. You do not need to swim, and there is no weight limit.
Can we ask for a slow ride?
No. The boat needs speed to make the sharp turns.
What about my phone and bags?
Leave them on the beach so nothing falls into the sea.
When is the best time?
Morning or late afternoon, outside the rainy season.
Is there a combo price?
Book more than one water activity at Pantai Cenang and get RM30 off the total.
Cancellation and No Show Policy
Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the start time of the experience.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time of the experience will not be refunded.
Changes requested within 24 hours of the experience’s start time will not be accommodated.
The cutoff times for cancellations are based on the local time of the experience.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s cancelled due to poor weather,
you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund
